At my request Bob responded to John Hancock from another job site and took the back-up fire pumps off line because we were experiencing water flow alarms. Bob was here and had completed the necessary work in less than a half hour. I was informed this morning of a situation that occurred in Electrical Room "F" yesterday, which could have been a serious problem if it was not discovered by A. Murphy Inc. and resolved immediately...the main (1 phase) feeders were loose at the connections into the main Bus Duct. This caused the panel and components to over heat dramatically, and may have heated up to the point of "catching fire: if it was not discovered when it was. I commend your team for the professional actions taken to resolve this problem.

Thank you to the entire A. Murphy team for the full spectrum of electrical services you have provided over the last 15 years You have replaced all of the lighting and wiring and associated panels, installed and wired (2) 600KW generators, replaced all of the emergency power risers, performed all of the computer room electrical work including testing, installations and maintenance, installed alternate feeds to keep critical equipment on line such as the computer room and the chiller plant. Your employees are not only capable of performing any electrical work, but do so with thoroughness and customer focus that is second to none. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, or what day of the year, when a service is needed I can always count on you and your staff to be there.
