Since 1980, A. Murphy Inc. has been a New England Electrical Contractor specializing in designing, installing and maintaining electrical systems. As an electrical firm, A. Murphy, Inc. is equipped to undertake all aspects of electrical design and contracting.
Our company philosophy is one of pride and quality in every facet of our business. We have a broad scope of experience, and have performed work on all phases of our field such as fire alarm systems, new buildings, renovations, laboratories, educational and medical institutions, HVAC control, data centers and computer facilities, stand-by and emergency generator systems, UPS and power conditioning systems, apartment buildings and historical buildings.
The corporation was founded by Arthur F. Murphy in 1980. The second generation, Brian and Michael Murphy have owned and operated A. Murphy Inc. for the past 10 years, each having over 25 years experience in the electrical industry.
Our approach is to provide the most cost effective electrical installation, without sacrificing the highest level of quality, safety, and efficiency of our installations. Our years of experience enable us to maintain these details by analyzing or designing a project from a comprehensive and strategic prospective. The result is being able to provide the client with solutions that exceed their expectations. In keeping with our goal, our support and administrative services are state-of-the-art. Fully computerized, we generate detailed work descriptions and labor and materials cost estimates that enable us to accurately track and cost effectively manage the jobs we do for you. In the field, we are equally attentive to details. Our key personnel are technologically equipped in order to maximize their responsiveness, while minimizing downtime and confusion. Informational meetings are held on a structured basis weekly, aside from the everyday coordination required to complete a job properly.
